We wanted to see the far north area of Europe and go to North Cape. We enjoyed seeing the sun set for only a short period and crossing the Arctic Circle. We also wanted to spend some time in Hamburg, Germany before the cruise. We enjoyed the 11 days and all the excursions and stops on this cruise. As always, the entertainment on our cruise for top notch, the service at all the restaurants was excellent and the entire crew on board the Jade were most accommodating. Our room steward, Alvin was also very welcoming and took very good care of our stateroom. We like this size of a ship to cruise on. We have been on the Getaway, but found that it has way no many people on it. We appreciate having a ship that accommodates only about 2,000 passengers. My wife and I enjoyed the dance and party activities that were scheduled throughout the cruise.
