Itinerary was great, ship was less than mediocre overall. Ship is more confusing than it needs to be. Some elevator direction lights don’t work, need magnifying glass to read on board signage, decks referred to by name but elevators have numbers, staff attentively listens to requests but usually does not follow through. One third of food was good, one third mediocre and one third poor. At any bar ask for a basic off the menu cocktail and they have problems. Especially if you’re from the east coast forget about the Italian and sea food restaurants. Theater too small for ships size, about 4,000 passengers and a 1,200 seat theater. Many nights had people standing and leaving. The steak house was an extra cost dinner that was worth the extra charge. They still have problems handling 4,000 passengers at meal time and excursion time. In the dinning room needed to have dinner before 6:00 to make it to the 8:00 pm show. Slooow dining room service. The cabin steward was a highlight of the ship. Cabins showing wear and tear.
