I believe that booking through Costco was the best decision we made for this trip. The booking, and communication with Costco was extremely easy and efficient. They offered a great package price for our trip. We got expensive photos, drink package and on board spending money. Unfortunately it was not clear that in order to use the 100 free data minutes, the specific card holder had to sign in to the WiFi. It was stated "100 free data minutes per stateroom" when we went to customer service on the boat they would not help us at all and said there was nothing they could do. I understand that it was Norwegian that was rude and unhelpful, not Costco, however If it is per state room it should still be honored.

The language barrier was extremely difficult to get past and I found that many of your staff was not friendly or helpful. They looked as if they were going through the motions and did not look as if they wanted to be there, nor were they very helpful.

The pool, if you want to call it a pool was ridiculously small and cramped. On a hot day in the middle of summer it was very hard to cool down and relax with such limited water stations. We were also one of the first groups to board the boat and the VIBE area was sold out immediately. Some things were able to be booked ahead online, and some were not. Luckily we were able to get passes to the Spa. That was the best part of our vacation. It was a place to relax and cool down out of the hot sun because there was never any room at the pool.

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

We read so many reviews about how beautiful and amazing this port was because it was "Norweigans" I wish we went off the port and explored more of the main land. The beach was not amazing. The chairs were on top of each other. The drink package was not extended to the port even though it was still part of Norweigan.... the pool was pretty good but there was not much room to sit. The bathrooms were the cleanest bathrooms I have ever been in however.
