Overall this trip was fine. There were lots of options for keeping yourself occupied during the day and plenty of spaces to relax on board. The biggest issue we had was how EVERYTHING cost extra!! I would rather pay more upfront and not be nickeled and dimed for a week. The shops had constant sales and promotions, as did the Spa. Not a day went by without someone handing me a flyer for a deal somewhere on the ship. If you are in the market for jewelry, watches, perfume and liquor, this is your cruise! To me, it was annoying and obnoxious. I paid a lot of money to be there in the first place, don't charge me for a soda or a marker for my bingo card!

Excursions were great and ultimately what we came for. Great to get a small taste of Alaska and see gorgeous wilderness up close. Too bad Juneau and Skagway are overrun with diamond shops.

Most staff were very friendly and helpful, some were downright crabby. Food was overall good and I really appreciated the fresh salad options. Our room was clean and had what we needed in terms of storage.
