We chose Silver Sea based on previous excellent experiences.
Cabin was not acceptable, see below.
The Manager of Guest Relations, Ms Ana Pedroso De Lima, could not see us for the first two (2) days of the cruise because she was "busy".
On the two previous cruises with Silver Sea we had a suite with veranda, and we thought
we would have the same. The suite had no openable window. The headboard vibrated
continuously, especially at ship's idle power, and the wall/partition to the closet reverberated
loudly. We could not sleep for the first two nights, and took sleeping pills afterwards.
The cabin was totally unacceptable.
Bar en-suite contained 2 bottles of beer and 2 bottles of water, plus some sodas; on previous cruises, it was fully stocked. WI-FI, could not send or receive emails.
