Travelled with MSC previously cruised with Thomsons checkin was a breeze if you have any concerns about reading other reviews then ignore them the ship was immaculate the food was very good both the buffet and restaurants the drinks package was very good value and easy to follow basically anything without a star is included simple!! We had a balcony cabin and it was kept immaculate with clean towels daily including pool towels, the staff on board are excellent and very helpful we had a wonderful time please try MSC they represent value for money. The shuttle buses were reasonably priced thr on board card facilities are easy just use one of the machines and link a debit or credit card, you can also settle your account by cash onboard is Euro. The pools and hot tubs are fab and there is a great gym on board also didnt use the spa but it looked very nice the shops on board have lots of bargains and nice handbags entertainment was good and we never waited more than 5 minutes to be served at any of the bars.
