This was chosen because of the itinerary and the cost, and we also had been on a Norwegian cruise before. This trip was to be very special as it was our 60th wedding anniversary. The entertainment was very good, most of the wait staff were nice and accommodating and fun! What brought my rating down was as follows:

Our cabin steward was ok but not very friendly. Our balcony deck was filthy. I asked him if he could get someone to clean it and he agreed. However it was never done. The same dead bug and litter were there the entire cruise.

I asked the cruise director Paquito on the first day out, if he could arrange with one of the lounges to allow me to sing a song to my husband as a surprise. I had done this on a previous Norwegian cruise without any trouble. Paquito suggested I do it on karaoke night at 1030 pm. As we are 78 I thought that was a little late and besides I wanted a more intimate setting. I assured him it was about a 2 minute sing. He said he would get back to me later that day.
