We chose this cruise because of the itinerary, we had not been to these ports. We did have a great time at the special dinning, food was great. We have cruise with RC for many yrs now. We have been on the Freedom of the Seas 3 times now, we will not sail on this ship again. Main dinning room food was just "ok", same with Windjammer food. They had the same food for lunch each day, not much change.
We were displeased with the concierge was no help to us. We asked him to change an excusion for my husband and father. They wanted to go on the ATV excursion and he booked them on the 4x4 excursion, which took them on a tour of the island, exploring the fruits and plants of St. Kitts. Needless to say, they were not happy.
We booked the Grand Suite-2 bedroom and paid top dollar for a very run down suite. Carpet was stained and coming up, couch was stained, TV's did not work all week, pulled down bed was bent down and we could not sleep on the bed.
I have just returned from a week cruise on board the Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas, July 14-21, 2018. We booked the Grand Suite-2 bedroom (8714). We were extremely unhappy with this cabin. The carpet was separating in several places and stained. The couch was stained and smelled awful. The TV's did not work, we had to call for service 6 times during the week. The bed in the second room, which folded down from the ceiling was bent, my daughter could not sleep on it.
We have cruised with RC for many yrs now, we are Emerald Status, however I am very unhappy with our past cruise. Do not waste your time and money on this suite. RC charged top dollar for a run down suite.
We booked a day at Bay Gardens Resort and loved our time there
