Recommended by travel agent, having cruised for over 20 years with many cruise lines we found this quite disappointing, customer service was lacking and some of the staff were quite rude and unprofessional.
The ship itself was beautiful, gorgeous theatre, onboard entertainment in the lounges was mainly for the German passengers and quite poor.
Spoke to lots of customers and nobody had a nice word....

Balcony Stateroom
could not use the balcony as people either side smoked and every time we tried to sit outside it was stinking of smoke with ash blowing over, I did inform the staff but nothing was done.
