The FOS was our first cruise and I just want to say the service was outstanding. I know I don't have anything to compare with but I had an excellent experience. A family of 4 which was all adults chose 8:30 late dining in the MDR. I would like to give a shout out to Vikram and Duane for always smiling and working very hard. Our head waiter Vikram was ready for us and Duane always remembered our drinks. They both are hard workers because my older son was putting down some food. They never hesitated giving us what ever we ask for. Lobster night was delicious and my son got the prime rib that was good to his likings

As I said we were late dining and assistant waiter Duane put in some steps constantly getting us stuff. He then would work ever morning at the windjammer early. He was dancing and always smiling.

The windjammer was excellent too. I never saw so many workers helping with serving coffee or drinks or picking up after people. If someone drop something I would see 4 servers clean up immediately.
