We chose this cruise Trade Routes of the middle Ages" due to its diversity of countries having never been to Europe but have taken many ocean cruises before..
arrival a the airport and finding the Viking representatives was swift and all questions asked and guided well (a little tired due to an over night flight with no sleep) to our buses with luggage taken for us.
embarkation (and the ship in general) was quick and smooth. our luggage was left for the staff and brought to our rooms by the scheduled 2 pm. during this tie we were able to eat lunch (we were starving) and look around the ship. it is small and well defined and within one day we didnt get lost!! we found representatives all over the ship and easily approachable for directions. found the ship in general too cool for me so sweater was necessary always.
please see above.. the rooms are small but well designed. suitcases go under the beds!!
a beautiful city. do wish we could have seen more gaudi related buildings. we saw one
seeing the ruins was incredible.imagine Ceasar and us walking on the same floor!! loved how the tour guide loved her city..
