Cabin: The Haven 2-Bedroom Family Villa with Balcony

Had a great time in the Haven 2 bedroom family villa. Was it a perfect cruise, no, but I'm not complaining. We were delayed getting on due to the incident of the crewman overboard but they did the best they could given the circumstances and added an onboard lunch credit to our account, It was very crowded on the sea days and there were, are you ready.... CHILDREN on board, even in the Haven (shocking I know). They were not running around out of control but they were kids -- some were even in the Haven pool!!! Didn't feel they should be banned from the Haven area. Recommend if you want to enjoy the slides and main deck pool, stay on board in port, practically empty on port days early.

Our concierge was excellent, helping me get sunscreen at guest services before getting off in port (I couldn't find mine, until of course I got back to the cabin after purchasing $15 sunscreen), gave us rain ponchos before getting off in Costa Maya and best of all avoiding all the lines getting off the ship. That is worth the extra money for staying in the Haven-no lines..

The food was good, ate mostly at the buffet which had a wide selection of food.

Cabin Review

The Haven 2-Bedroom Family Villa with Balcony

Cabin H4

Great cabin, loved having the 2nd bedroom for our son for privacy. The bathroom was huge with windows in the shower and over the tub. Wish the balcony was a bit bigger, but the view was great.

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

Beautiful island, nice shops, but bit more expensive. great pool and beach. Husband and son did the zip line and had a great time, said it was a lot of fun.

Costa Maya

just visited the shops near dock, nice area.

Roatan

Just checked out the shops near dock which were great for souvenirs and reasonable prices. Had 4 guys and 3 women playing music and dancing the whole time there, don't know how they kept it up. When leaving everyone from the shops came out and lined up to wave goodbye. Was told not to "go beyond the fence", so we did not.
