It's been several weeks since our cruise down the Rhine on the Viking Ingvi and I still think about it constantly. The scenery, the wonderful people we met on board, the exquisite meals, and most of all the excursions on shore that brought us into the fascinating towns and cities of Switzerland, France, Germany and The Netherlands. Our Viking ship was immaculate and the crew was attentive and eager to please. The waitstaff were a joy, in part because their individual personalities were allowed to shine through: some reserved, some sincere, some funny, including one waiter who sang and danced between tables. It made us happy every time we sat down to eat. And there was the staff that we rarely saw: those who worked and kept our cabin in perfect condition. The tour guides who showed us the sights on land were all very good. There is just so much to see in these marvelous cities that it's overwhelming at times. We did have many hours of free time to explore on our own and those hours of discovery gave us some of our greatest memories. In fact we want to do another Viking tour in Europe and when we do we will be ready to take even greater advantage of time to explore.

Cabin Review

Cabin Standard

The cabin was immaculate at all times. There was some engine noise at night but not enough to be a problem
