We chose this cruise mainly for the destinations. Unfortunately due to high winds we were unable to dock in Sicily and this had a knock on effect to our next trip to Sorrento as had to dock in Naples . The ship had engine trouble which meant that we couldn’t visit Barcelona . The Tui staff were unprepared for these types of eventualities leaving us disappointed with the trip . The food was very good but the entertainment was also lacking . It’s put me off cruising for a while. We became expectant of Captain’s announcements on a daily basis and on the last but one evening of the trip there was an odd way of preparing us for yet another disappointment whereby we were encouraged to show our appreciation for the restaurant staff by waving our napkins in the air whilst they marched through and the waiters topped up our glasses. Unfortunately whilst there was merriment most of the passengers had worked out that we were getting yet another announcement and were prepared for another let down.
