This was our first cruise ever and the ship overall appearance was always clean. We did have a blast but there are some things that need improving. The Windjammer food was ok and I do understand that it would be hard to keep food warm when you are cooking in bulk, but I do think that there are things that can be done to keep the food warm. I would suggest that they stir and mix food while on the hot plate ever 10 to 20 minutes. The waffles and pancakes were always ice cold. The Windjammer did offer a variety of dishes including a variety of fruits and salads. The lemonade, ice tea, orange juice and apple juice were always watered down even when I ask for no ice. I ate all my evening meals in the MDR because our waitstaff was superb when it come to making sure that you had a fabulous dinning experience. There was times in the MDR the food was not always tasty and warm but it was durable. If RC had hot rolls with butter maybe some honey in the MDR that will go well with the cruisers.

Our room was always clean and spotless. Our steward was very discreet when it came to coming in cleaning and leaving the compass. We loved the balcony room and will always book a balcony.

I do think they could do a little better with more entertainment on deck especially on sea days. There was a meet and mingle and not sure what I was suppose to expect. We introduce ourselves and told a little about ourselves then the cruise director did a drawing and gave out prizes. It was about 15 people that showed up to the meet and mingle that was at around 1030 am Monday morning.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 2D

The cabin was spacious with a sofa. The balcony had two patio chairs and a table. The room as very clean and the steward's maintained the room very well. This room is very close to the elevator which is idea for those who have problems with walking long distances. It is so close that you will pass it up when you turn the corner.
