The room was great and spacious. However we were supposed to be able to book excursions on our television. When we tried to see if we could there was no possible way to do so.

Tuscan Wine tour and was a great experience.

La Spezia (Cinque Terre)

Great excusion Kayaking along the coast line having a picnic lunch and stopping along to swim at beaches

50 for a small bag of popcorn at the shows

-Lack of activities advertised on the cruise compass on sea days

-The ipads at the shore excursion area on the ships didn't work all week

-The photography systems designed to find photos of you did not work and the staff were not able to help much, we had to sieve through thousands of photos to find ours

-Our room was tampered with such as the magnet being taken or someone placing beverages orders on the outside of our door which we did not make

-Buffets shut down periodically throughout the day leaving me frustrated with limited free options if I was hungry at that time

-Buffets and almost all complimentary food options shut down around 9:30pm meaning no late night buffet.5 simply because more things annoyed me than I was impressed with and expectations were so high

So many things to say good and bad so I will list in point form:

Good:

- Massive ship with lots of amenities and cool areas

-Great entertainment

-Specialty restaurants are fantastic

-Staff was accomodating

-great innovating ideas

-great shore excursions

Negative:

-Main dinning room and Buffets were below par on taste and menu options

-Nickel and dimmed everywhere for example charging $2.
