Apparently this is eggs Benedict - Awful
Egg Benedict sauce - Lumpy, odd colour, and tasted awful.

Firstly, we chose this cruise because of the dates and itinerary. Alaska was absolutely wonderful, the ports were great and the captain is highly recommended, he was informative and funny. The entertainment direction was also very funny and informative, but was outshone by the captains daily report ending in "Bye-Bye".

Embarkation - was very slow in Vancouver, due to port security and customs clearance.

Dining - What really let this cruise down was the quality of the food, it was the worst of any cruise I have been on. The horizons buffet was absolutely disgusting, I wouldn't have fed that food to my pet. The food in the restaurants was often cold and tasteless, the menu was lacking any decent food. My wife does not eat seafood, and often the dining offered 5 out of 7 dishes as seafood.
