Overall this cruise was amazing. The gigantic boat was beautiful and was everything we could have imagined...sort of.
Here are a few tips:
This cruise is not made for kids under the age of 3. Yes, they have a guppies play area but it is not a drop-off while parents have some time to themselves. Yes the cruise line is still "working out" the details of this. I was disappointed when booking this cruise that this wasn't mentioned and in the case of this I probably would have waited another year to go that way my son would be 3 and could go to splash academy. With that being said, I asked for a crib for my son since he isn't able to sleep in a bed by himself yet. We reserved a balcony room with a couch so my other child sleeping with us had a place to stay as well. When we folded out the crib there was absolutely no room for us to move around the crib to get to the bathroom. Again if we were notified about this at the time we booked the crib/ reserved the room, we might have opted for purchasing a bigger room.
Small room. Had 4 people staying in this room and it was too cramped,.... especially having to have a crib in there. The Bathroom is nice and the balcony was great too. It had some storage but not enough for my family!
Port was great..parking is horrible down there.
We jumped on the bus and head downtown to walk around... had dinner at a local restaurant (it was awesome) had ice cream and shopped for souvenirs. It was overall good, wish we had the whole day there instead of 4 hrs.
