A Seabourn on-board credit of $250 @ guest was provided for on-going pool deck area and pool repairs with patio restaurant interruption. In our opinion, the compensation offered was inadequate for the scope of repairs and interruption.
Seabourn's response to our survey review on this inadequaecy included the following:
"We ... apologize for the onboard maintenance on Deck 8 that disturbed you during your recent sailing. Because our ships sail continually, certain tasks and improvements must be performed while at sea. We attempt to accomplish all necessary work in a manner that is least disruptive to our travelers, and we regret any inconvenience you encountered. With this, we regret that the compensation offered to you did not meet your expectations. ...
Ample storage, nice bath with tub, double sinks, TV was on the small side.
