Our Program Director, David, was absolutely marvelous. He made the trip so personal and so special. Everyone loved him, especially his British accent. I would love to cruise with him again. All staff members - waiters, bartenders, hotel manager, housekeeping, etc. were 5-star. They provided personal, friendly, timely service. Each night the food was absolutely delicious and we loved all the varieties of wine available. Reviewing the posted dinner menu was something to look forward to every morning. Chef Marius was funny and entertaining. And all the soups were superb. We actually asked to meet the soup Chef because his selections were so tasty. We included soup with dinner each night. The excursions were entertaining and well organized. The tour guides were wonderful and provided a wealth of information. We especially loved the Nuremberg, Lippizzaner and wine excursions. This was the cruise of a lifetime and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
