Sail Date: Jun 2018
Cabin: Large Ocean-View Stateroom

The staff was the staff that answers your call from your credit card company.

Staff: poor attitude, does the least

Food: redundancy - bland, fried, salty, boxed, canned and not labeled with ingredients. Lots of nuts everywhere and same tongs for near multiple items.

Cabin Review

Large Ocean-View Stateroom

Cabin D

The cabin was very dirty. Carpets faded and stained. There was blood in the shower / bathtub from the previous guests. The cabin walls filthy: Dirty marks and soda stains (hopefully) dried on the walls. Our stewards were not great, they used an ice bucket to hold the toilet brush in the caddy, made me wonder if that same ice bucket gets circulated into the rooms. Gross. The tv had 3 channels that worked and the other 3 were in and out with static and lines thru the feed. There’s only one plug outlet in the entire cabin, one standard plug. Also and one standard European outlet for the hairdryer and two usb outlets. No iron or steamer on the ship (on in cabin) The phones have a paper directory attached to the phone of how to call out, but they don’t work. You have to refer to the guide for the right way to call out for things like room service or guest services. Why not just update the paper attached to the phone?? Lol - Toilets clogged and overflowed / backed up DAILY. In our time there (7 days) we had the steward fix the toilet daily, the plumber fix the toilet 3 times and also visited by the locksmith when our locks stopped working. Our overhead speaker was not working for announcements, however it worked for the sirens and mock drills at 9 am. That was very annoying.
