We had a great time on our vacation. We always make it a point to have a good attitude no matter what little things we may not have liked. The itenerary was great. We do wish we would have had more time in Victoria Canada. Train ride in Skagway is a must. In fact loved every port. Sea Days seemed long and we felt there was not enough entertainment during downtown other than board games and games led by the crew. Definitely games directed more to the older crowd. We did join in because we try to have fun no matter what. My 20 year old struggled to find activities that he and his friend liked. They mostly stayed in casino.Nightclub was great because I love to dance, but not open very much. We are So use to a Caribbean cruise. Again a lot more activities directed towards the older passengers. I guess we are spoiled a little from Caribbean cruises where there is more pool activities so it was an adjustment. We got creative. Anytime dining was not the best option on this cruise because only one restaurant. I have always chose anytime dining, but this time it did not work out so well. Ship was a little warm for my comfort. In fact our stateroom was super warm and some nights difficult to sleep at first. Wish we could have had option to have a floor fan. Weather was perfect and the locals said we came at a lucky time. Only rained once. Guys Burgers never disappoint. The ship was kept very clean. Comedy club is always great. Breakfast in the restaurant was better than on lido. All in all, we had fun and we love Carnival.

Sigit was our Steward and he was good. Our room was always stocked and clean. Only issue we had was the heat. In fact the whole ship was super warm. I am 45 and my husband is 51. Most of the passengers are in their 60’s and older. We know that the elderly get colder than us, but some nights it was difficult to sleep. Even though air could be adjusted in the room, it still remained too warm. Never checked to see if a fan was available, but would be nice to have had that option.
