We booked this cruise as it fit our travel dates and destinations but what a MISTAKE! This cruise is really just for Europeans and rude ones at that. The cruise staff just did not seem happy at all. They were argumentative at times and did not want to hear your comments. We paid for the Aurea Package which was the "all inclusive" drinks etc. So we get on board and go to the bar to order a drink - sorry sir/madam you can only have water! So we have to go the reception desk and wait in line with a lot of other people who were having issues also with our paperwork which was lucky that I printed our before we left home. This clearly stating that we had the all inclusive package. Sorted - no. Go to a bar that night and order a cocktail and are told that this in not included in this drinks package - what part of all inclusive is this? Anyway go back to the reception desk and this time get the supervisor who informs us that there are 2 type of all inclusive - ours and a premium one. This girl was just so horrible that we left and went back to our cabin. In the morning we demanded to speak to her boss who was lovely and sorted this all our for us -

The cabin on this ship was lovely - cannot fault that - the cabin steward kept it really clean and tidy and there is plenty of room to more around -

Dining was not good at all. Food was generally served cold and not a very good menu. We have anytime dining but this is not actually true as most of the passengers had already booked their tables (in the prime spots) on the first night leaving the rest of us just getting whatever was left.
