We chose this cruise because we had a good experience on the Norwegian Escape two years ago. We had the same expectations of this cruise and it was disappointing on many levels.

The embarkation procedure was horrible. My husband’s name was on the wheelchair list. An NCL rep gave us a phone number to call for a wheelchair. He refused to do this himself. We waited for over an hour to get the wheelchair.

Our room was not ready til after 2 pm. The cabin steward told us he was not the cabin steward. It turned out that he was. He failed to provide evening service.
