Cabin: Ocean View Balcony

We chose this cruise because we wanted to go to Petra and the Dead Sea.

However, from the minute we were picked up from the airport in Dubai, things went horribly wrong.

We were a family of six adults. This was our 13 th cruise with RC and will definitely be our last. We were supposed to have special needs assistance as arranged by Royal specialist services as I have mobility problems and my husband was recovering from a broken ankle 7 weeks previous.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 3D

The cabin was scruffy and the carpet had paint on it. The balcony was disgusting and covered in paint and muck and the glass had something horrible running down it.

It took a lot of complaining to get it cleaned up before we could use it.

The supervisor who said we couldn't have any robes was absolutely useless.

The cabin man did his best but had a language problem
