A cruise to Alaska was on our bucket list. We celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary.

Scenery was FANTASTIC. Our best excursion was a catamaran to Dawes Glacier by Allen Marine - a priceless experience.

The food was sub par - at best. Buffet from purgatory. One day they served MEAT LOAF at the carving station! You can't make this up. The menu was SFDD - Same Food/Different Day. The other "complementary" restaurants had the same menu items as the buffet. The "extra charge" restaurants are severely overpriced. We went once and got charged almost an arm and a leg.

Family Oceanview Picture Window

Our steward, Lincoln Clarke, was top notch.

Port Reviews

Seattle

We came in two days early and had a ball. The Duck Tour and Underground Seattle are worth the trip.

Vancouver

We disembarked in Vancouver. After 9 days of the same food different day (SFDD) we were ready to get away from "The Jewel".
