The staff at every gourmet restaurant was absolutely amazing. Each restaurant was better than the next, with the exception of Chop. The food in Chop did not meet our expectation. As a group the food left much to be desired. The meat tasted like it was frozen. Not what is expected at a steak house. However the remainder of the specialty restaurants were amazing. Wonderland is an absolute wonder made so much more special due to Marcelo our waiter. Everyone should have the Wonderland experience with Marcelo. He made us feel like we were in a magical bubble. The creativeness of the meals are above and beyond anyone could even imagine. Jamies was amazing as well. Such great food. Our waiter did his best to make sure we all were pleased every step of the way. 150 Central Park had the best lamb of the trip. Sabor was great Mexican. Hassan was amazing at Sabor. The few meals we ate in the main dining room was great and the staff was amazing. They truly made the effort to make us feel special.

The shows were great. I wish the aqua theater would have more shows. Fine Line was amazing. Dru the Cruise Director was fantastic. Loved seeing him in the show Love and Marriage. He was hysterical.

Unfortunately we experienced some trouble with being double charged. I had to keep checking our account to make sure we were charged correctly. We had to make 3 different trips to guest services but they did help us get the matter resolved, which upset my husband very much.

Great cabin with great service. We asked for ice the first day and every day and night the houseman was sure that the ice was always fresh.
