The ship was the most beautiful ship we have ever been on. Even though the ship is massive it really never felt overly crowded to us. There are all kinds of places to sit and lounges everywhere, we particularly loved the sports bar it was non smoking which was awesome and the staff was super friendly. Actually the staff on the entire ship was very nice and friendly except the customer service desk. We had an issue with a previously booked spa package they never resolved and really put a damper on our plans for sea days. A ship of 5300 people and they staff the desk with 3-4 people long lines for customer service always and they really didn't seem to care my only complaint was customer service desk.

We had a Fantastica Balcony which looked like every other balcony it was nice, storage space was a bit tighter than most ships would hate to have had more than 2 people in the cabin as I like to unpack and not live out of a suitcase. We did the Bella package and it was perfect for us. The yacht club spaces looked beautiful but I would rather go on 2 cruises instead of pay for one yacht club.

We did all 4 specialty restaurants and really loved all of them. Only ate one night in the dining room and it was okay. The two buffets were great in that there was always a place to sit unlike a lot of cruise ships. Loved the pizza it was awesome one day after a full day of snorkeling we decided we really just wanted the yummy pizza for dinner it was that good, the buffet food was typical cruise ship buffet nothing special. The shows were a bit odd, but we did enjoy them, they had a talented cast that performed every single night (really weird is they recycle the costumes you see the same costume in several shows). I also loved making reservations for the shows, last year on Princess we missed some due to not enough seats. We would have liked to have more to do on sea days they really didn't offer much if you don't sunbathe, play bingo or go to the art auction you are on your own. I shouldn't complain it forced me to relax which was much needed. They had a very nice, well equipped gym. I got a great hair cut in the salon, was scared to have it done by a stranger but he did a good job I really like it.

Fantastica Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

Typical balcony cabin, it was nice that everything was new, storage space was tight, the mini fridge actually was cold yay!

Port Reviews

San Juan

So tired of going to San Juan, I have done the fort multiple times, the bacardi rum factory multiple times. We just walked around old San Juan did some shopping and had awesome mofango and mohitos.

St. Maarten

We did the speed boat tour from trip advisor that went to about 4 sites to snorkel. It would have been a lot more fun but we were there on a windy rough day. Would like to try again when the seas are calmer.
