The cruise was horrible from the beginning to the end including, but not limited to embarkation and disembarkation. The food was horrible with no chooses complimentary. Trying to get reservations were horrible. This was the worst cruise. Rooms were not cleaned well. The salon staff were worst than rude, they were disrespectful. This was supposed to be one of the best trips of my life. Everything was beyond disappointing, disheartening, appalling and dreadful. The additional cost were not explained and not worth the money. The information for the shows and dinners were not explained. Once the cruise is paid in full, the personal vacation planner disappeared. The arrangement for disability and medical care was supposedly prepaid and included nothing. This needs to be refunded. The purpose of a cruise is all inclusive not cost for everything. The cruise didn't include a variety of foods for vegetarians and persons that did not eat beef or pork. The astronomical cost for variety with some class cost. The professionalism and customer service were disconnected and disengaged.
