Surpassed expectations

This was the biggest trip my husband and I have ever done, both in cost and time. It was worth every penny and seemed at once timeless and over too soon.

The scope of experiences, the beauty for all of our senses, the quality of service... everything was so wonderful that I ran out of superlatives. :)

Every port held new experiences. We visited sea level up until the mountains. We heard classical and folk music, tasted local foods, wines, cheeses and other delights. We feasted in an ancient castle.

We rode bikes in Vienna, and walked about 7 km a day when we chose to.

The cabin was well tended as were our every need.

The restaurant service was impeccable though the food was sometimes just average there was lots of variety. The Portobello experience was delicious. Overall We had more food, drinks and treats than were good for us I'm sure.

I'd travel with SCENIC again in a heartbeat. And I was especially impressed with our Cruise Director Szilvia's efficiency and kindness.
