Booked to celebrate my 50th birthday, took a girlfriend with me and we left our husbands at home. To all who complain about the food, quality, and staff, you are obviously a bunch of WHINGERS who expect to pay a budget price and step aboard the QUEEN MARY. Won't happen. We loved everything about it, especially our cabin steward ,JETT. THANKS JETT FOR MAKING THINGS EVEN BETTER!!!!!!!! We even got a free upgrade from deck 6 ocean view to deck 10 balcony, invite to the Captains cocktail party and free prawns and wine for my birthday. Only problem was the one day Jett was off and the replacement steward didn't even leave towels or turn down beds. This was fixed promptly and with a free bottle of wine. Be realistic and give it a go, what a great 50th Currently saving to do it all again for my friends 60th in 2 years time. Comfy cabin, cheerful and helpful staff, food fab, great shows, even some surprise freebies. Give Pacific Eden a go. Wonderful holiday for a reasonable price. Don't listen to the complainers.
