This was our first cruise and it was such a wonderful experience. We were blown away by all of the things to do and all of the great food. We stayed in a port side balcony cabin, it was so relaxing watching the ocean from our own balcony. We enjoyed the variety of thing to do and the option to do nothing at all too. We watched a ton of Youtube video's before we went, but we were still surprised by how size and beauty of the ship.
We ate in the main dining room five of the seven nights. On night three we ate at Izumi, and on night seven we ate at the Windjammer. The food at the Windjammer was so good! Next cruise we will eat there for dinner and skip the main dining room except for formal nights. Izumi was good, a little pricey for sushi but we knew in advance it would be and planned accordingly.
We say four shows, the Aqua theater's show Oasis of Dreams, Uptown a Motown cover group, Come Fly With Me and the family-friendly comedy show. We were truly impressed with the all of the shows. The artists, acrobats, divers, and performers were so very talented. The onboard musicians were all so very talented as well. We also enjoyed the Love and Marriage show, the 70's party and all the fun activities on the Royal Promenade.
Our cabin was comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony. The bed was pretty comfortable.
