Cabin: Fantastica Balcony Stateroom

We have been cruising for over 35 years, and never have we had a bad cruise, till now.

We have cruised with Costa before on many of their ships, so we were under no illusion it would be noisy, particularly as it was a large ship, however, it was only a 7 nighter and it was going were we wanted it to, so we thought we'd make the most of it.

Our first impression of the ship was very favourable, it was a beautiful high tech ship. The cabins were very comfortable and the staff were very good and tried to please where they could. The shows too were a very good standard, and that was were the pluses ended.

Cabin Review

Fantastica Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

The cabin was very comfortable and ample and well set out as with any ship of this category, more than sufficient for for our needs. The cabin steward was very attentive although he was very overworked as MSC had removed his assistant but still expected him to service the same number of cabins. The result was that sometimes the cabin was not made up till well into the afternoon.
