Was very smooth getting on the ship and room was ready by 1:30pm with luggage waiting for us. Stateroom attendant, Joel was wonderful! One morning we didn't get an item ordered for breakfast room service and had to leave for excursion. Came back to find an apology note and chocolate covered strawberries. The ship was clean and well maintained. This was my first cruise so I do not have any other ships to compare. Food was great in Windjammer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many options. We only ate dinner in the main dining room and appetizers, meals and dessert were all enjoyable. The shows we saw in theater were from stage to screen and a rock music one. So much talent and really fun/engaging. 70's/80's and 90's dance parties were a lot of fun. Service was good, bars busy sometimes and had to wait but nothing to complain about. We didn't get to go to Coco Cay which was a huge bummer due to high winds. Staff changed plans around and kept the day running smooth but felt people were on top of each other. One pool wasn't working the last day so there was a lot of traffic around the main one. Blue Lagoon in Bahamas was beautiful and dolphin encounter was really fun. Overall a great trip to Nassau and Key West!
Room was always clean and made to feel at home by our wonderful stateroom attendant, Joel.
Didn't really venture anywhere besides shops.
