Cabin was clean and fine.  Our Cabin Attendant Sukadana is a asset to your company he was polite, helpful and always smiling.

My original excursion was cancelled without notice until 10 pm night before 
This was only excursion that had opening for 2 people

The tour guide was the best  Showed us how to navigate on our own the trains which was very helpful after the tour to go out on our own

Go to meeting location for France excursion asked if they had our passport because we had heard we would need and be given it back, person there advised did not need, I went to Cust Svc Desk who was in mass chaos because everyone was there looking for passport to go into France.First excursion was cancelled, did not find out until 10 pm day before 

I had to go and ask where was the tickets for the excursion on my own and person at the desk was not too helpful, end of her shift
