Our bad experience with this ship started right at the beginning. On the website they said the embarkation time was 9 AM at a certain pier. We got up at 6 am and find a taxi to take us to the pier as directed by the website, only to find that the pier was wrong and embarking time was actually 9pm. The service people told us that this ship has been wrong with its embarking direction for a long time and that is why they have a shuttle bus to run between this pier and the right pier. Amazing.

The embarkation was very very very very badly organized at Hamburg. The food at dining room is very bad ( I mean very bad!), so bad that on four nights we wear unable to choose anything from the menu that was to our liking, having tried the other choice on the first night. The buffet is sub par and extremely salty. The entertainment programs are all of amateur level. The only positive is that this ship is quite quiet in the evening. Never again is the word.
