Decided to try MSC after already sailing on most of the P&O ships and some RCI ships.

I can safely say we will not be using MSC again! It was an experience! We were keen to try MSC as it has been advertised that they were catering more for the British market when sailing out of Southampton.

We boarded the ship in Southampton and chose the 5 nighter to Hamburg and Le Havre. When we embarked it was very straight forward, only a handful of people getting on and about 10 cars in car park! Your photo is taken once on the ship and your cruise cards are waiting in your cabin (and the door is open!) You then have to find a pay point to register your credit card to your room.
