Cabin: Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom

We chose this cruise for a wedding event. It was cheaper to have all the attendees meet in NYC than fly to another location. I was so disappointed with this cruise, I am sure that I will never sail with NCL again.

Ship: Crowded, crowded, crowded. Elevators were hard to come by, even staircases were crowded. No matter when you walked around, even early morning, this ship felt crowded. Also, most people had the Ultimate Beverage Package....so most people were DRUNK.

Dining service: The staff did not care. That was the overall vibe. There were a few who did but in general, service was slow and the staff seem bothered to be there. Most nights in the Manhattan Room, Taste or Savor, the dinner service took at least 2.5 hours. In the specialty complementary restaurants, the servers appeared to care even less. The Freestyle dining works...we never waited, even with a large party, but I feel like we were always disturbing the hostesses. Once in O'Sheehans, we had a waiter that simply walked to the back and ignored us. We had to get the manager on duty and to be fair, he seemed to care little and just wanted us to leave at that point. At one bar, my husband asked for a beer and the bartender actually said, "no" and walked away.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Our excursion was cancelled (kayaking with manatees) so we took an Uber to Cocoa Beach.

New York (Manhattan)

Crowded terminal with grumpy personnel.
