Overall service was probably the best part of this cruise. The ship had very limited amenities and nearly the same options of activities every day. We knew that it was a smaller, older ship but did not expect such low level entertainment and daily options. We've traveled with NCL twice prior and those were both great experiences with tons for our entire family to experience (with varied interests, ages and abilities). This one had hours of lulled "bored" time daily. Had it not been for the generally decent stops at port, it would have been the most miserable week ever. Also, the buffet was often the only option for food (besides O'Sheehans) and the options barely changed. Food was bland and uninspired. Lastly, all of the bars closed early each night leaving one bar in the "club" area open until 1am. Last resort would be O'Sheehans - which also closed when they decided they wanted to - and the casino where they want you to play to drink.
Would not recommend.
Cabin was fine. Standard small inside cabin.
Best margaritas in the world!
Ran into a tour operator and paid $25 pp for a glass bottom boat snorkeling adventure. Nice guide and just a small boat for about 10 of us. Enjoyed about 2 hours at 3 different spots.
My family did Daniel Johnson's Monkey and Sloth hangout and said it was the best part of the trip.
