Cabin: Neptune Deluxe Verandah Suite

Holland America is our line of choice. We wanted to sample the current Rotterdam after last three cruises on Amsterdam and two on Veendam. Deck plans very similar on these ships make it easier to get around. Neptune Suite and Lounge are worth experiencing. Main dining room and Lido Market and Canaletto had excellent food and service. Spa dn fitness center were under utilized and very comfortable. Thermal Suite with steam rooms and heated tiled lounges very relaxing.

Embarkation very smooth - Tampa is not Fort Lauderdale but very well run process.

Excellent, as always, food in main dining room and Lido Market - and of course the Dive In on the lido deck has super hot dogs.

Cabin Review

Neptune Deluxe Verandah Suite

Cabin SA

Spacious with very comfortable bed. More than adequate closet space and drawers to put clothing items in. Area to use for makeup and hair fixing off of bathroom. Couch that could transform into a pull out bed was there but not used. Large veranda with two lounge chairs, a table with four chairs around it. USB ports in headboard and in makeup area. Adequate power outlets. We used the K-cup type coffee maker a couple of times, but just as easy to go to Neptune Lounge for better tasting coffee (and grab a croissant or roll or fruit or parfait or yogurt at same time). A bit pricey gut well worth it..
