Embarkation easy and trouble free,food very good breakfast and lunch buffet main meal in the evening served by waiting staff. Cabin size small but adequate no tv no radio in our cabin cleaning not great and bedding never changed I eventually had to ask at reception for new bedding 9 days into cruise and to have the cabin hoovered. The ship layout was good and there are plenty of trips if you are rich enough to afford them all.

The scenery is stunning and you are made aware of what might be of interest coming up over the tannoy. They are keen to make sure you see the northern lights,we did 3 times so were well pleased.

Disembarkation at ports were a free for all with people barging everywhere, more needs to be done in that respect. At the end of our trip we were told it would all be done in an orderly fashion and we would be advised when to disembark. As it happened no messages so once again disaster.
