I booked this cruise as a 30th birthday present for my boyfriend. We departed out of Miami for a 7 day cruise to Costa Maya, Mexico, Harvest Caye, Belize, Roatan, Honduras, and Cozumel, Mexico. The food on the ship is excellent. The drinks are good as well. It definitely pays to purchase the beverage package as well as the specialty dining package. We ate at Teppanyaki. The chef was great and entertaining, however, they put WAY TOO MUCH garlic in their food. That made it unbearable. Cagney's Steakhouse was another restaurant we dined at, that was BEYOND INCREDIBLE. Everything about that place was perfection, would recommend 100%. La Cucina was the last restaurant we dined at - that was OK. Nothing special. Taste and Savor, the 2 dining rooms are fantastic. The waitstaff is great. Make a reservation for your dinners every night, otherwise you'll be waiting. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, always cleaned the room thoroughly. I wish the pool was bigger, or that there was more than one pool in the sun. I spent 7 days on the ship and didn't even make it into the pool because it was just a crowd of people. The entertainment on the cruise was not something we participated in, however, the casino was fantastic. We went every single night. All the ports were great - the people at the ports were friendly.
The cabin was cozy. Not too small. The room was always cleaned thoroughly.
