We travel quite extensively and are use to making our own travel plans. It was really nice to let someone else organize and plan things for a change. We still got to pick what we wanted to do and when, but ALL the details are taking care of for you.
The staff on the ship were also quite personable and learned your likes and dislikes by the 2nd day. We really felt there attentive service but it was how special they made you feel that really made the difference.
The views along the Rhine could not be beat. Definitely one of the most scenic! It was so spectacular and to be able to sit up on the observation deck with a glass of the famous German wine in hand and watch the world go by was beyond words.
Cabin Review
Veranda Stateroom
The cabins are well appointed and spacious for the size. We never felt closed in. Beds had excellent linens, the bathroom although small, were spacious enough and never felt cramped.
