We are Diamond Plus cruisers on Royal Caribbean so we know what we are doing in cruising. The Jewel still looks great. Our cruise had lots of folks from Pinnacle and Diamond levels doing back to back cruises. It's right where experienced cruisers want to be.

Boarding and Disembarking were a breeze.

The Concierge service from Diego Tripaldi was excellent. He led small groups off and walked us through customs for the easiest departure ever. He did a great job in the lounge as well.

Cabin Review

Grand Suite

Cabin GS

Cabin was excellent. We did have a problem with the bathroom shower. It took Maintenance two tries to fix it. One neighbor had the same issue. They gave us a 40% off credit that we plan to use.

Lots of room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent service from Phillip our attendant.

Port Reviews

Martinique

We walked ashore and went to the shops at the end of the pier. Saw some nice stuff but when we made a purchase learned that everything is sold in Euros. As a result we were overcharged for paying in US dollars. Credit cards are not used because of damage to the system caused by the storms.

There were shuttles available to the beaches that looked interesting. We went downtown and over to the fort for sightseeing. Nice place.
