Embark: This was definitely not handled at all well, by any cruise ship standard. Apparently they had some custom problems, or so they said. Best to just show up late, as with most lines.
Ship/Stateroom: Beautiful, spacious ship with excellent appointments. Staterooms are all suite/balcony with the stand rooms being fairly standard in finish and size to most lines. The Penthouse suites are quite large and very nice.
Service: Good to excellent at all times with no negative experiences. The staff is very professional, but that means they are often serious and business-like, rather than outgoing and engaging.

Penthouse Suite
908, category C, Penthouse. Excellent. Large with nice walk-in closet. We wanted shower only instead of shower/tub combo, but it was not available if it exists on the boat. Air Conditioner just barely held comfort level in the tropical areas.
