Overall the staff is excellent and very attentive. We dined at the specialty restaurants and the only one that disappointed was Sabor. I have had better food at the local taco trucks; the ambiance was absent since it sits open air to the Boardwalk; the service was slow but congenial; the food prep was sub par and I would strongly suggest that RCI rethink that whole experience. The spa services are nice but pricey, and I was disappointed that after paying so much for a 50 minute massage I didn't have access to the steam rooms, no robes or slippers were provided, and there was way too much emphasis on up-selling their products. Next time I'll just buy the $35 day pass and use the steam facilities. The main dining room was just okay, food on the menu did not match the food on the plate (Caesar salad made with iceberg lettuce and little to know dressing but water in the bowl). The dining room staff was excellent--friendly and helpful. The food was okay but I was glad that we only ate there twice. After one visit to the Windjammer, I didn't go back. Food is flavorless and unremarkable though there is a plenty of it! Our cabin attendant was a gem--thank you Shirley. The ship itself looked like it could use a sprucing up here and there but still a fabulous ship.

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D8

Layout was a little wonky but overall the balcony cabin is definitely worth it. Our attendant was wonderful, a true 5-star!

San Juan

Loved walking around Old San Juan, took tons of photos. Easy off the ship and return was a breeze. Had lunch in town and it was wonderful.
