Sail Date: Nov 2017

Hi,

We are regular Thomson cruisers, (Marella Cruises) as it is now named, We have been on several of their ships, both past and present. However we had not sailed on the Spirit until November this year, when we booked the Ancient Affairs cruise, this originally should have been the Sprit's penultimate cruise before being taken out of the fleet due to her age. Thomson/Marella reversed the decision apparently as a result of customer power, and reprieved her for at least one more season.

We were on her sister ship the Celebration in March this year for a 12 night repositioning cruise from Dubai to Jordan. As usual the Celebration came up to our expectations on every level,
