Check your reservation very carefully and look for any unseen chapters in the spelling (like a space). The cruise depends very much on technology and unless you can spell your name exact as they have it in the system, you will not be able to book anything with the mobile app ROYALIQ. This spelling mistake cost you dearly with primetime activity bookings as you can't select the people in you party if in two different room. Also caused all of us to have issue with getting online for the entire first day and part of the second.

EMBARKATION PORT:

The embarkation port is pretty limited with 2 small vending machines to get anything while you wait. RCL should really see that this is also part of the trip and work making it a better experience.
