Koningsdam is the newest and largest ship of the HA fleet. We were aboard 31 nights sailing from Amsterdam to Ft Lauderdale.
I greatly enjoyed Koningsdam. HA has kept much of its traditional wood trim but decor features colorful, attractive and somewhat eclectic furnishings throughout. The bright, modern and airy appearance of the Dining Room was a most welcome change for me.
Our verandah stateroom was comfortable and very well organized. The bathroom features a large, wonderful shower. Our first cabin on Deck 4 was above/adjacent to the BB King venue. Thumping base noise and loud vocals were evident until after midnight on nights when the venue is active (most of them--it's popular). Cabins on Deck 4, midship should be avoided if noise is a problem for you.

Loved its quiet location. There was more than enough storage space. Layout was same as our first assignment in 4083 but without noise from BB King venue.
