Royal Caribbean provides exceptional customer service on such an awesome cruise. We did the Western Caribbean and the port of call were wonderful. The staff "Resha" of the Ports Shops staff was very attentive and helpful helping us make the most of the port call.
The dining experience is a "10". They have "Premium" dining! with exceptional food and food service. Hot food IS hot and cool food is cool, I marveled at the process and service, WOW! You feel special and pampered!
There are Sooooo many activities on the ship, you can go from sun up to early morning. There "IS" something for everyone, everyday!!! I would highly recommend Cruises to anyone AND everyone, especially as an alternative to going to just one location for a trip/vacation. All the shows and events are Las Vegas, New York quality shows. The night club rocks ALL night!!

OMG the room was Hugh and had the most awesome view. I would recommend this room to everyone. I would not go on another cruise in a smaller room. Balcony room are also so peaceful.
